C.A.C: Calling All Creators!

Call to Arms!

Hey Misfits, are you ready?

The date for the big launch of the Commonly Creative network is fast approaching, and in preparation, we’re looking for volunteer content creators!
Are you a nerdy artist, or do you know someone who is? Would you like your work to be periodically or perhaps regularly featured on the internets newest Nerdy Network? Now’s your chance!

Commonlycreative.com and The Rise of the Nerdy Empire are taking…let’s call them…’applications’ for the following content:

What we’re looking for…

  • Original works of art to be featured on the site
    • Any kind of original artwork will do.
  • Nerdy guest blog content
    • Blogs of all kinds, about any nerdy subjects you like. The term ‘nerd’ is open to interpretation, so even if you feel what you write about isn’t ‘nerdy enough’ let us know anyway!
  • Short works of fiction
    • See above!
  • Original Poetry
    • See above? Yeah, see above.
  • Movie Reviews
    • See a new release in theatre, digital, or BluRay and you’ve got something to say about it? Let us know!
  • Video Game Reviews
    • What are you playing? Retro or current, we don’t care! Tell us about the games you love to play, and what makes them great!
  • Book Reviews
    • What are you reading? Professional or indy, we don’t care!
  • Author Reviews
    • Is there an author you read a lot, and you’d like to give them a shoutout? DO IT!
  • Vlog Reviews
    • The internet is an amazing place, filled with amazing content, and some of that content is Video Blogs. Who do you watch? Why do you watch it again and again?
  • Twitter Community Ambassador
    • Is there someone in the Twitter community that you think makes social media a better place? Tell us! Picking someone isn’t about finding the perfect social media influencer, it’s about lifting up good people who are super good at what they do.

How to Apply

All submissions or inquiries may be made by contacting AJ at realajjones@gmail.com -OR- Autumn & AJ at commonlycreativenet@gmail.com

DISCLAIMER

All the content we agree to post will have to pass a “good taste” test. That is to say: if you’re going to submit something, whether it be a piece of art, a book or author review, or a recommendation for a Twitter Community Ambassador, please make sure your submission fits within a semi-lax PG-13 frame. We are committed to working with all content providers to ensure inclusivity in Nerd Culture, but that means managing content that is accessible to all nerds.
